This isn’t just about reading reports of others but looking under the hood ourselves. Our credentials as Certified Fraud Examiners serve that purpose. The first rule of our investment philosophy is to pass on any investment that does not make sense. 3. Real estate expertise: Many of our clients own investment real estate as do the principals of the firm – we even built our own office building from the ground up.
